📦 When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since we currently deliver only within Poland, most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.
🚚 Where do you deliver?
At this time, Driftkropin ships exclusively within Poland. International shipping is not yet available, but we may expand our delivery areas in the future.
🔍 How can I track my order?
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number and link by email. You can use this link at any time to view real-time updates from the courier.

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Although we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@driftkropin.com or call +48 501 234 567 with your order number.
🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning the item so we can assist you.
❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please email info@driftkropin.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.
🛏️ Are your bed comforters suitable for all seasons?
Yes. Our comforters are designed with varying thickness and warmth ratings to suit different seasons. Product pages include details about recommended usage for optimal comfort.
🧼 How do I clean and maintain my comforter?
Most of our comforters are machine washable or can be dry cleaned. Always check the care label for specific instructions. Regularly fluffing and airing out your comforter helps maintain its loft and softness.
